New Pitched Roofs includes the following work:

• Stripping the existing roof.
• Renewing the felt with breathable underslaters felt.
• Renew battons with treated wood.
• Re-lay tiling and slate using customer's choice (a selection is provided) and replacement ridge tiles.

All Work is guaranteed for up to 10 years.

New Flat Roofs typically includes the following work:

• Stripping the flat roof back to the original joist work.
• Renew decking if necessary.
• Re-lay the flat roof using a three layer built up torch on system.

All Work is guaranteed for up to 10 years.

All Lead Work is catered for including:

• The renewal of lead roofs, valleys, box gutters and dorma windows.
• Step flashing on front and rear gutters of the chimney breast.

We Cover All Fascias, Soffits & Guttering work that maybe required including:

• Renewing the fascia, soffits and guttering all around the property using UPVC fascia and soffits and UPVC half round guttering and down pipes.
  All materials are supplied in the customer's choice of colour.
• Some of the guttering materials available include cast iron, aluminium and other variations of guttering upon request.

We have many years experience of installing Velux Roof Windows which includes replacing current velux windows or installing new velux or dome windows into a roof.

Chimney Stack work and maintenance including but not limited to:

• Taking down the chimney to below roof level, rebuilding, repointing, capping off and renewing lead surrounding the chimney stack.

General Roof Repairs and Building Work including but not limited to:

• To stop leaks on pitched and flat roofs.
• Replacement of broken/slipped tiles or slates, repointing ridge tiles.
• Fixing lose and leaking guttering and overhauling any roof type to ensure that it is like new and water tight.
• All types of re-pointing, rendering, new brick walls, all general building repair work, patios, driveways, fencing, exterior painting, wall coating

Pressure washing work including:

• Cleaned, all moss lichen and any other pollution removed
• Repaired any broken or missing tiles will be replaced and ridge/hip tiles re-cemented just as they were when the roof was new
• Sealed, a protective coating applied to waterproof seal and windproof your roof tiles
